Tempest 1 is now back online.... somewhat.
I can't make claims about its stability yet, but it is online and ready for testing.

Also, you east folks might notice a substantial ping reduction. The server is now hosted in Dallas, TX.
Please post all feedback in the Tempest thread on the subject. I need feedback to fix the issues.
